About me

For years I scoured estate sales for battered and rejected furniture pieces to restore and paint.  Designers like MacKenzie-Childs inspired me to try unusual color combinations and patterns.  I painted for myself and others and had run out of room for full-sized furniture when I happened upon a dollhouse.  A whole new world opened up for me!  Now I focus exclusively  on whimsical furniture.  I prefer 1:12 scale and I have more ideas than time!  I have recently retired from teaching High School Spanish and miniatures are my full time passion!  I have a full schedule of shows and I create for individuals upon request.
